NexXora Inc. (“NexXora,” “we”) builds software. This policy explains what
personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website
(nexxora.inc), our business operations, and our products and services except where a customer contract
states different terms — in which case the contract governs.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, organization,
  and the contents of your correspondence with us.
• Website technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type,
  pages requested), used for security and site operation.
• Customer and product data — information our customers provide or generate
  in using our products, handled under the customer’s contract.

How we use it

To provide and improve our products and services, respond to you, secure our systems, meet legal
obligations, and manage our business. We do not use customer data to train artificial-intelligence
models, ours or anyone else’s.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context
behavioral advertising. We do not disclose customer data except as the customer’s contract permits, as
this policy describes, or as the law requires.

Who else processes data

We use a small number of service providers (“subprocessors”) to run our business and
products. The current list is published at
www.nexxora.inc/subprocessors and is updated before any new subprocessor
begins processing customer data.

Public-sector customers

Where we serve government customers, the governing contract’s data, retention, disclosure, and audit
terms prevail over this policy wherever the two differ.

Security and retention

We protect information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and
role-limited access, and we retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above
or as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by
contacting the address below. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy
Act; we honor verified requests. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy
rights.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s
personal information.
